Thank you for taking an interest in Scenic Woods Golf and Country Club for your golf tournament. We at Scenic Woods will do our very best to make your outing as enjoyable as possible. As you will see, our pricing schedules have a variety of packages to suit everyone.

Please note IMPORTANT information below:

  • Tournament dates are not officially reserved until a $300.00 deposit is received by Scenic Woods Golf & Country Club.
  • Once Scenic Woods have received your deposit, our coordinator will contact you to arrange a meeting to go over all your tournament details.
  • Please note all tournament deposits are Non-Refundable.
  • Tournament deposits may be carried forward to the following year to secure your desired date and time.
  • Seven Days prior to your tournament date, Scenic Woods Golf and Country Club requires you to confirm the number of players and dinners. Please note: you will be charged for NO LESS then final confirmation numbers. In the event that you should require more dinners then anticipated please call no later then three days prior to date so the necessary arrangements can be made.
  • To arrange for any additional services such as, driving range packages, tournament prizes or welcome gifts, please discuss your needs with our General Manager.
  • Club rentals should be booked in advance through the pro shop.
  • All power carts require both a signed rental agreement and credit card information. Organizers may sign for the entire group provided the agreement and credit card information is provided.
  • LLBO permits alcoholic beverages to be consumed out on the golf course, but all beverages must be purchased from our facilities or beverage cart. Thermos, jugs, cooler, etc. are not permitted on golf course property. Please ensure your group is aware of this LLBO regulation.
  • NOTE: We want your time spent at Scenic Woods to be pleasurable, so please consider a DESIGNATED DRIVER.
